“Pasion for service”
We are Andrea and Frédéric, a French-Chilean married couple, business partners, and friends. It all began some years ago when we were searching for our own project. We found Hotel Frutillar and we fell in love with its architecture and its location in this magical city, so we decided to purchase it.
From the beginning our purpose has been to restore the building, conserve its architecture, repair the gardens, and convert it to a charming space for guests with quality service and personalized attention.
Today we are proud of our Hotel, considered by guests to be one of the best of the city. It is highly valued and recommended by our clients, of whom we are extremely grateful.

We attend to our guests personally, along with our team, with the purpose of ensuring that they enjoy a memorable experience with warm service and the beauty and harmony of a clean and cozy space.
We have also ensured that our work environment is pleasant, respectful, and harmonious, so that our collaborators feel proud to be a part of this project.
Suites
“Comfort and wellbeing on your break.”
We want our guests to experience a reparative break, with personalized service, privacy and comfort.
We offer nine suites with a capacity of 2-3 people, designed for privacy and comfort in every detail, such as the high quality bedding, with 100% cotton, 300 thread count sheets, hypoallergenic comforters and pillows.
Cabins
“Comfort, wellbeing, and safety on your break.”
Our hotel also provides cabins, each for 2-4 people. They are equipped with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two twin beds. The cabins include a full bathroom, open kitchen, and small living area.
We have designed this space with a warm and clean environment for the wellbeing of our guests.
The suites as well as the family rooms face the garden. They include safes, cable TV, heating, wifi, and daily cleaning services.
El Jardín Secreto is our international food restaurant.
The menu is a harmonious presentation of textures and flavors in a
warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We accompany this with a selection of excellent Chilean wine and
cocktails, classics like pisco sour, the Aperol Spritz or a cold beer.
It is also possible to enjoy a rich Italian coffee with a
pie or a southern tea time.
Spa
“The difference is in the service”.
We offer an outdoor spa, surrounded by nature and magic. It’s a exclusive space for our guests, and it’s reserved by a copayment at the reception. Area
“In nature, tradition and music meet.”
We are located at the heart of one of southern Chile’s most beautiful cities. Recognized by UNESCO in 2017 as the Creative City of Music, becoming part of the select group of 30 creative cities of music in the world. Frutillar is located on the edge of lake Llanquihue, facing a range of volcanoes and mountains, with impressive close-up views of Osorno volcano. Its cultural heritage includes German colonization, which is reflected in its Northern European architectural style.
Our hotel is located in the center of coastal Frutillar. Its location gives us the privilege of being steps away from the lake, very close to the German Colonial Museum, and near restaurants and local shopping centers, minutes away from the theater Teatro del Lago, allowing our guests to easily stroll throughout the city by foot.
